Overview

Beadstar-mPlex® Mouse Multiplex Cytokine Detection Kit, developed by Beadstar Biotechnology (Hainan) Co., Ltd., is a high-performance assay tool based on Flow Fluorescence Assay technology.  It enables simultaneous detection of 20 mouse cytokines, offering flexibility, efficiency, and reliability for immunological research and related studies.

Core Technology & Working Principle

Each cytokine detection target corresponds to a magnetic fluorescent encoded microsphere with a unique fluorescence code.  The microspheres are coated with specific capture antibodies that bind precisely to the corresponding cytokines.  During detection, the coated microspheres, test samples, and PE (R-Phycoerythrin)-labeled detection antibodies are co-incubated to form a sandwich complex.  Flow cytometers then detect the fluorescent signals of the complex to obtain the expression information of various cytokines in the samples.

  • Detected Cytokines: 20 mouse cytokines including IL-1α, IL-1β, IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-10, IL-12p70, IL-17A, IL-22, MCP-1 (CCL2), IFN-γ, TNF-α, GM-CSF, G-CSF, EGF, VEGF, CXCL2 (MIP-2α), CXCL5 (ENA-78), and CX3CL1 (Fractalkine).
  • Customization: Flexible combination of cytokines based on research objectives.
  • Sample Requirements: Sample sources include cell culture supernatant, serum, cerebrospinal fluid, etc.;  only 25 μL of sample is needed per test.
